This is the most important way of tracking your photo. The photographer does not know the names of the children and can only find an order through the Photo ID Number. Keep a note of it as this is the only way to identify your child’s school photo
WHEN WILL MY PHOTOS BE DELIVERED TO THE SCHOOL
Your photos will be delivered to the school up to 15 working days after the deadline on your order form
CAN I GET MY PHOTOS MORE QUICKLY THAN THAT
You can always order the digital image file online and it will be sent to you within 1-3 working days of your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY PHOTOS WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME
